This weekend saw coaches from all over Essex and Suffolk come together for the 2026 ECAA Coaching Conference at Gosfield School.
The 25 attendees were joined by two local senior coaches and a specialist guest speaker who delivered engaging presentations on soft coaching skills, neurodivergence and an introduction to coaching beginner archers with disabilities.
Many thanks to Anna, Jess and Deb for sharing their knowledge and experience with us, and to all the coaches who participated in the event for making it a thought-provoking and informative day.
