Following on from Chris' message earlier this week it appears he sent the wrong forms and these have now been updated on the website and can be downloaded using this link.

Any club wanting to enter this years competitions needs to get the entries back to Chris (albion.league@ecaa.org.uk) before the AGM which is being held on Sunday 19th February.

Dear Secretaries and Archers,

Even during the cold and wet of the winter, thoughts turn to the summer, which is not to far over the horizon, and shooting longer distances in the warm. With that in mind, why not make up a team to represent your club and enter in this years ECAA Summer Recurve League?

Two entry forms and the league rules are on the website, one entry form for the prestigious Albion League (36 arrows shot at each distance of 80, 60, and 50 yards), which has been going for over 40 years. The other entry form is for the Windsor League (36 arrows shot at each distance of 60, 50 and 40 yards), which started last year. Teams can be made up with up to 8 archers, with the top 5 scores going towards the team.

Matches take place home and away and will be shot on 7th May, 4th June, 2nd July, 6th August & 10th September.

The closing date for me to receive the entry form and payment (£8 per team) is the 26th March 2023. Once the entries have been received and the league fixture list finalised, I will email the team captain of all fixtures.

Kind regards

Chris Higgins
