Archery Fundraiser: Philippines Typhoon Fund

Dear friends & family,

I have decided to do a sponsored archery shoot to raise money for the people in the Philippines who have been affected by the recent Typhoon. My goal is to raise as much money as possible and to also inspire others to contribute their energy and love to this special cause.

I have the support of Archery GB, Perris Archery, Greg Hill Strings and several other archery based organisations who are assisting me with this task.

I will be shooting at Perris Archery range on Sunday 24th November 2013. I will be shooting 11 Bray rounds, which consists of shooting 330 arrows in 6 hours (with a 30 minute break). This equates to 1 arrow per minute.

The 11 Bray rounds represents the 11 million Filipinos directly affected by the typhoon.

I have set up a virgin money fundraising page which is very easy to donate to. Any sponsorship will be directed to the British Red Cross Typhoon Haiyan Appeal. Their main objective is to provide food parcels, tents, blankets, mosquito nets, hygiene parcels and a health care unit that will help 30,000 people in need of medical attention.

Please donate here:

Please share this event with your friends and family all around the world. I hope you will take the time to support & sponsor me. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.

Kind regards,

Jason Lapuz
