I am sad to report that my Mum passed away early on Thursday morning 21st January after a short Illness.
Jessie started archery at the age of 70 and loved every minute of it. Twice Jessie was asked to shoot for the London Borough of Redbridge in the London-wide 50+ Sporting Challenge and was so proud to win a medal each time. When she could no longer shoot 60 or 50 yards she was happy to just be socialising at tournaments and was delighted when asked to be Lady Paramount.
I would like to thank everyone who helped to add to Mum’s delight in the sport.
The funeral will be held on 5th February in the South Cahpel at Corbets Tey Crematorium (near Upminster) at 11.20am.
