Additionally , I attach the reports which will be presented at the AGM. If you are able, please bring your own copy, either hard copy or electronic copy. A limited number of hard copies will be available at the meeting.
Secretaries, it is imperative that these reports, and the agenda, are distributed to all members of the county, so please ensure that they are forwarded to your club members.
